born 1948, married, three children. 1972 – 1982 Researcher at the University of Salzburg; 1982 – 1992 Assistant Professor; 1992 – 1994 Head of the Departement on Administrative Law at the University of Linz (Austria); since 1994 at the University of Salzburg.
